## What it does

- **Semantic product search** — plain-language questions and spec-sheet requirements both become precise queries over a live product catalog, using vector embeddings rather than keyword matching.
- **Search by photo** — visitors upload a photo of a product they've seen; image embeddings match it to the exact catalog item, with closest alternatives when there's no exact match.
- **Answers from verified company data** — retrieval-augmented generation over the client's own catalogs, spec sheets, compliance documents, and policies. Every answer traces to a source document; the agent says so when it has no verified answer.
- **Human handoff** — one tap brings a live operator into the conversation with full context preserved.
- **In-chat lead capture** — contact details and conversation context collected at peak intent, delivered summarized.
- **Missed-opportunity detection** — clusters the questions the catalog could not answer, so gaps in the product range become visible.
- **Catalog sync** — overnight incremental sync with WooCommerce and Shopify.
