By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR ERROR-FREE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT AI OUTPUTS SHOULD BE VERIFIED BEFORE RELIANCE IN CRITICAL BUSINESS DECISIONS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VECTORAIQ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VectorAIQ and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, we will make Your Data available for export for 30 days, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting the updated Terms with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
